Solostar has partnered with specialist retail & wholesale professional merchandisers, promotions experts and in-store activation campaigners – who together ensure that all our retail and wholesale partners have sufficient stock in each store, as well as provide first-line customer & sales support services (throughout our network of +5700 retail outlets including 890 specialist electronic stores).

These strategic partnerships enable us to perform in-store product activations and awareness campaigns that speak to current market trends and customer demand for product choice & affordability.

Logistics

Solostar has contracted in different multinational freight & distribution services, who very effectively and efficiently distribute our products to both our retail & B2C customers. Reducing our distribution costs is core to our logistics model (and thereby passing on these cost-saving to our end-user customers). Our distribution partners provide us with 24-48 hour collection & delivery services, countrywide.

We use our vast network of warehousing & distribution services (i.e. 41 warehouse hubs within SA, +1500 delivery vehicles) including related logistics services across sub-Saharan Africa. Our logistics services include imports/exports; bonded warehousing; asset & stock management; asset tagging; packaging; labour; etc.
